A special and unique show that has never been seen before.
Fresh off the back of his sell-out show at London’s Alexandra Palace last weekend, elrow announce cult icon Fatboy Slim as the collaborator on Sunday 19th August at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
He’s the biggest superstar ever booked to play an elrow show. And after a fleeting appearance at the elrow stage during Glastonbury last year, it was an obvious progression to take things to the next level. If you were to trace the modern-day global phenomenon of electronic music back to its humble-beginnings, you would find Fatboy Slim at the bridge between the underground and the mainstream. He brought dance music to the masses, conquered the charts and turned himself in the industry’s original brand.
His impact on pop culture cannot go unnoticed. Even today as a 30-year veteran, he continues to hold a place dear in our hearts. Mix Fatboy Slim’s anarchic, larger-than-life stage persona with the flamboyance and theatrics of the elrow experience, throw in a tonne of inflatables and thousands of smiley balloons and you have all the ingredients for the greatest spectacle on Earth.
This is his only scheduled London date for the remainder of this year: Fatboy Slim + elrow, on paper there’s never been a better match!
